Apri il modulo di invio completoEncircled is a Canadian, female-founded sustainable clothing brand specializing in versatile, travel-friendly, ethical women's clothing (capsule wardrobe staples like the Dressy Sweatpant). All items are designed, cut, and sewn in Toronto, Canada. They are B-Corp certified and focus on naturally derived fabrics.
Encircled's office and production are in Toronto, Canada. 100% of garments are designed, cut, and sewn locally (factories within 35 km of the studio).
They use naturally derived, biodegradable fabrics (TENCEL, modal, organic cotton, merino wool - no petroleum-based synthetics), local knitting/dyeing for 55-60% of fabrics, 100% green-powered studio, B-Corp certification, and support circular fashion via resale groups.
You are charged in full at checkout. Items typically ship within 2 weeks (max ~30 days). Pre-order and in-stock items ship together unless you request a split (possible $15.00 fee). You can cancel before shipping. Returns start from receipt date.
US orders ship from Buffalo, NY (standard $9.99 USD, free over $250.00 USD before tax). Canadian orders from Toronto. Most orders process in 3-5 business days. Delivery: 1-7 business days in North America. International orders incur duties/taxes (buyer responsibility). Free shipping thresholds apply.
An optional add-on at checkout that covers lost, stolen, or damaged packages with fast replacement or refund. Fully optional.
30 days from receipt for new, unworn items with tags. Contact customer service first. Canada/US: prepaid return labels available ($15.00 CAD / $9.95 USD deducted). International: $20.00 USD store credit. Final sale, washed/worn, or tagged-removed items are non-returnable.
Free exchanges (with store credit) for size/color issues in Canada/US (includes free return + outbound shipping). International gets a shipping credit.
Check the size chart on product pages (XS-4X). Some items (especially pants like the Dressy Sweatpant) run generous/loose in the waist - many customers size down. Use measurements and the size recommender tool. Virtual fitting help available via email.
Wash as needed in cold water with plant-based detergent. Hang or lay flat to dry (no dryer). Avoid ironing when possible. Less washing extends garment life.
Redeem with the code at checkout. Non-refundable, never expire, reloadable. Discounts usually cannot be applied to gift card purchases. 30-day return window applies to items bought with them.
Same business day for most emails. Up to 72 hours on weekends/holidays. Email: contact@encircled.ca.
Sell/trade gently used pieces in their official Facebook group. They provide guidance on circular fashion/end-of-life options.
Yes - take their free capsule wardrobe style quiz on the site to find matching pieces.
Mixed reviews. Fans love the softness, versatility, and ethical production. Critics mention pilling after minimal wear, loose construction, long drying times, and feeling it’s overpriced compared to the quality.
The popular Dressy Sweatpant and similar modal/TENCEL fabrics take significantly longer to dry than regular sweatpants or synthetics. Many note this as a downside for travel.
Responses are generally polite but some customers report slow replies, canned responses, and difficulty cancelling pre-shipment orders.
Some reviewers report noticeable pilling on pants and cardigans after first few wears.

Encircled offers premium, sustainable, Canadian-made women's clothing designed for capsule wardrobes and travel. Prices are higher due to ethical production, but there are several proven ways to reduce costs and get more value. Here are the most effective tricks to save money:
1. Subscribe to the Newsletter for First-Order Discount
Pro tip: This is the easiest and most reliable way to save right away - sign up before shopping.
2. Hit the Free Shipping Threshold
Pro tip: Add a few versatile basics or shop during kit promotions to easily qualify.
3. Shop the Sale Rack and Kits/Bundles
4. Use Promo Codes from Wizza
Tip: Check Wizza regularly, especially around holidays, new collections, or end-of-season sales.
5. Buy During Sales Events
6. Build a Capsule Wardrobe Strategically
7. Take Advantage of the Perfect Fit Promise
By stacking the newsletter discount + promo code + free shipping + kits/sale items, many customers bring their effective savings to 15-30%+ while building a durable, ethical wardrobe.
Tip: Promo codes and discounts are calculated at checkout. Some codes are first-order only, exclude sale items/gift cards, or have other restrictions. Only one coupon code is allowed per transaction. If the code doesn’t apply, double-check the terms on the Wizza coupon or remove any ineligible items and try again.
Encircled does not offer dedicated birthday, military, teacher, senior, healthcare, or other niche discounts. The biggest and most consistent savings come from the newsletter signup (10% off first order), active promo codes, shopping during sales/events, and buying kits/bundles.
